Warranty Policy

When does the warranty start? How long does it last?

• The 3-year limited warranty begins on the date the wheels are delivered. It ends on the same date three years later. The warranty period runs from the date of original purchase, and does not reset if there is a replacement rim or other part.

Which wheels are covered by the warranty.?

• All new wheels purchased from Cyclehub.dk are covered by the warranty. 

Are used rims under warranty?

• The warranty program is not transferable, and only applies to the original purchaser.

What is covered by the warranty?

• The warranty covers wheels, spokes, nipples and hubs. The limited warranty only covers problems caused by non-external factors during the warranty period. We offer replacement for defects in materials or workmanship.

What is not covered by the warranty?

• Vulnerable parts such as bearings, valves, quick releases, thru axles and brake pads.
• Improper assembly or maintenance.
• Installation of parts, accessories or tires not originally intended or compatible with the rims/wheels.
• Damage or failure caused by accident, accidental damage, misuse of the product, heat damage (usually caused by the wheel being placed too close to the vehicle's exhaust), failure to meet application specifications of the manufacturer or any other external factor.
• Use of straight spokes.
• Exceeding the maximum wheel weight limit
• Exceeding the tire pressure indicated on the wheel product page
• Driving on terrain and in conditions not suitable for the type of wheels used
• Using a wheel not designed for the eMTB riding on an eMTB

Where can the wheels be serviced?

• If your wheels are under warranty, we will help you service your wheel at our service centers.

How do I file a warranty claim.?

• Contact us direct, with full details of your wheels including date of purchase and order number - we will provide you with a quote and further information.
