What if my package gets damaged in shipping?
Don´t worry, we use GLS & UPS some of the most reliable carriers, who will handle a claim professionaly.
We will work out a solution with you ASAP.
What should I do if the package arrives damaged?
Before you sign for the goods, make sure you check the product before signing. If you notice some damage to the packaging you can sign for the package as DAMAGED. If the goods inside the package are clearly damaged you can outright refuse the package. If your goods arrived damaged, take photos of the damage and email them to us at sale@cyclehub.dk
We’ll work with you to resolve the problem.
Tracking
All packages sende out, will have a tracking number same day, or latest one day after your goods leaves warehouse.
