RIDENOW INSTALLATION GUIDE

1. Before installing the RideNow inner tube,check the inner wall of the outer tire, rim, spokeends, and rim tape for sharp objects that maycause puncture and tire burst. (Figure 1)

2. Even if tubeless wheel sets are used, rim tapeof correct size should be used and installedcorrectly. (Figure 2)

3. Before inflating the RideNow tube, turn thevalve inward (towards the center of the tirecircle). Inflate a small amount until the innertube is round; this pressure should be less than0.5 bar/8 PSl. (Figure 3) Before performing the following installationsteps, the inner tube should be slightly inflated

4. Install the outer tire so that one side of theouter tire protrudes from the outer edge of therim, and then insert the inner tube into the outer tire. Ensure that the inner tube is not twisted orsqueezed between the rim and the outer tire.Ensure that the nozzle valve passes through thecenter of the rim nozzle hole and the rim isvertically aligned. (Figure 4)

5. Do not use any sharp or pointed tools to installthe inner tube, as these tools may damage theinner tube or outer tire, resulting in air leakageafter use or inflation. From near the air nozzle,pull the projecting side of the outer tire over therim flange until the entire outer tire is fixed to therim. Make sure that the outer tire does notsqueeze the inner tube and the inner tube has nocreases. (Figure 5)

6. Roll semi-inflated tire on the ground to releasepossible squeeze folds. Then slowly inflate thetire while ensuring that both sides of the outertire are evenly fixed around the rim duringinflation Be careful that the tire pressure doesnot exceed the maximum allowable pressure ofrim, rim tape, and outer tire. (Figure 6)

Check the tire pressure before each ride. If the inner tube leaks, or there is a repairable puncturehole, you can use the RideNow Tire Repair Kit. Instructions for use are included,

Do not repair the RideNow inner tube with any other tire repair products. Do not add any other tube patches to the RideNow inner tube, as this will NOT prevent air from escaping from the puncture.

OBS: For now the repair-Kit ONLY comes included in 19 gram innertube packings.
